- Measurable performance — 30%
- Client, team or industry outcomes — 30%
- Evidence quality and verifiability — 20%

- Explain what was done over the eligibility period, including your personal or organisational role.Maximum 400 words
- Provide measurable impact, including who benefited and how the benefit was quantified.Maximum 400 words
- Provide independent evidence of the impact and explain how the contribution will be sustained.Maximum 400 words
