- Measurable performance — 30%
- Client, team or industry outcomes — 30%
- Evidence quality and verifiability — 20%
Assessment questions
- Describe the capability gap addressed and the learning objectives set.Maximum 400 words
- Explain the approach taken, including structure, delivery and how progress was tracked.Maximum 400 words
- Provide measurable outcomes for the people trained or mentored, including performance change over time.Maximum 400 words
- Provide verifiable references or case studies from participants and explain the lasting effect.Maximum 400 words

- Performance or outcome data covering the eligibility period
- At least one verifiable case study or reference
