Recognising the individual who leads operational performance across a real estate network, multi-office group or centrally supported group of real estate businesses.

Eligibility

Open to individuals with operational leadership responsibility extending beyond a single office. A network may comprise independently operated offices or businesses connected through a common brand, licence, franchise, membership or platform. A group may comprise multiple offices, business units or related real estate businesses operating under common ownership, executive leadership or central corporate control. Single-office administration or operations roles should enter Office Administrator of the Year.

Award achievement eligibility period: 1 October 2025 to 1 October 2026 inclusive. This is separate from the submissions window, 1 October to 5 November 2026.

Judging criteria

  1. 01Operational leadership and scopeThe scale, complexity and effectiveness of the nominee's operational leadership across multiple offices, businesses, business units or network members. Seniority alone does not determine the score.25%
  2. 02Operational performance and improvementMeasurable improvements delivered through systems, processes, service delivery, efficiency, cost management, scalability or operational consistency.20%
  3. 03Support to offices and businessesThe quality and measurable impact of operational support provided to offices, member businesses, teams or business units across the network or group.20%
  4. 04Governance, compliance and riskThe nominee's contribution to governance, compliance, risk management, consistency of standards and operational resilience across the network or group.15%
  5. 05People leadership and capabilityHow the nominee develops people, builds operational capability, improves collaboration and creates a high-performing service culture across multiple locations or businesses.10%
  6. 06Strategic impact and innovationThe nominee's contribution to strategic priorities, change programs, technology adoption or new operating models, with evidence of business-wide impact.10%
