Recognises a real estate agency principal whose leadership has delivered strong business performance, exceptional client outcomes, a capable team and responsible, sustainable growth.
Eligibility
Open to individual operating agency principals, owner-principals and principal licensees who were responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a residential, commercial or property management agency during the eligibility period.
Award achievement eligibility period: 1 October 2025 to 1 October 2026 inclusive. This is separate from the submissions window, 1 October 2026 to Monday 9 November 2026.
