- Strategy and objectives — 20%
- Measurable performance — 30%
- Client, team or industry outcomes — 30%
- Evidence quality and verifiability — 20%
Assessment questions
- Describe the problem you set out to solve and why existing approaches were inadequate.Maximum 400 words
- Explain what was built or adopted, how it was implemented, and how adoption was managed.Maximum 400 words
- Provide measurable results attributable to the innovation, including the baseline used for comparison.Maximum 400 words
- Describe the outcomes for users or clients, obstacles encountered, and how you verified the impact.Maximum 400 words
Required evidence
- Performance or outcome data covering the eligibility period
- At least one verifiable case study or reference
