Eligibility

Open to real estate networks comprising 40 or more independently operated offices or agency businesses. This category assesses the performance of the network as a network of businesses, not individual agent headcount.

Award achievement eligibility period: 1 October 2025 to 1 October 2026 inclusive. This is separate from the submissions window, 1 October to 5 November 2026.

Judging criteria

  1. 01Network scale, growth and commercial performanceGrowth and commercial performance across the network of offices or agency businesses, including office/business numbers, sales activity, property management and market position where relevant. Scale alone does not determine the score.25%
  2. 02Member office and business performanceEvidence that offices or independently operated agency businesses within the network are performing successfully, including productivity, growth, retention and improvement across the network.20%
  3. 03Network support and infrastructureThe depth, quality and measurable value of training, leadership, technology, marketing, compliance, operations and other support delivered to member offices or businesses.20%
  4. 04Strategy, innovation and brand strengthThe effectiveness of network strategy, innovation and brand development, including evidence that initiatives improved network or member-business outcomes.15%
  5. 05Leadership, governance and professional standardsLeadership quality, governance, compliance, culture and professional standards across a large network.10%
  6. 06Industry and community contributionDemonstrated contribution to the profession and communities served by the network, supported by specific programs and outcomes.10%
