- Describe the workplace challenge or opportunity identified and how you measured it before acting.Maximum 400 words
- Explain the program or changes introduced and how people were involved in shaping them.Maximum 400 words
- Provide measurable outcomes such as retention, engagement, absence, promotion or wellbeing indicators.Maximum 400 words
- Provide evidence from the people affected, including how feedback was gathered and acted on.Maximum 400 words
Required evidence
- Performance or outcome data covering the eligibility period
- At least one verifiable case study or reference
